(Bound Brook, NJ) — Brooke Arts Center in Bound Brook brings music to everyone in September. Kick off the fall season with classic rock songs from the Rolling Stones, progressive rock sounds from Pink Floyd, music from legendary doo-wop groups and classics from Beethoven, Tchaikovsky and Sibelius!
Sept. 10, 8:00 PM: Okay Rolling Stones Tribute Play classic Stones songs with attention to detail from original Stones recordings and handpicked live versions. Composed of professional East Coast musicians, the band will perform the biggest hits from Rolling’s Stones catalog, giving fans the ultimate Stones experience in look, feel, energy and musical detail. The seven-piece band captures the style of two guitarists, Honky Tonk his piano and saxophonist, making it the ultimate Stones tribute to him. Reed’s singer captures Mick’s Jaguar energy and stage presence while interacting with the crowd. The show includes hits all night including Satisfaction, Under My Thumb, Miss You, Beast of Burden, classic girlfriend Can’t You Hear Me Knocking, and Midnight Rambler.
September 17, 8:00 PM: The DupreesFor over 60 years, The Duprees have delighted audiences with a unique and romantic sound that echoes through time. Dupree thrills audiences with smooth harmonies and romantic sounds while reviving his hits on top. Special guests include John Scperiti and The Reactions, Remember Zen, MC Jimmy Russo and comedian Tommy Gooch. Starting out doing doo-wop and rock and roll in Jersey City, New Jersey, they quickly grew to become an international sensation. While members have changed over the years, the singing group has remained steadfast in their dedication to bringing their favorite classics with their East Coast roots and modern style.Today’s Duprees – Tommy Petillo, Phil Granito and Jimmy Spinelli are dedicated to preserving, sharing and valuing Duprees music.
September 24th at 9pm: NJ’S BEST PINK FLOYD TRIBUTE BAND – PINK FLOYD USA EXPERIENCE will play all the classics highlighted by lights, fog, lasers and video. These professional musicians perform in precise detail with Pink Floyd’s iconic live sound, including saxophone, slide steel guitar, rototom, and acoustic guitar. This is a stage concert event…you don’t want to miss it!
September 25, 3pm: Brook Orchestra I will do it The monumental Beethoven Symphony No. 3 in E-flat major, Eroica, and Sibelius’ most notable works finlandia and Tchaikovsky’s march slave.
