Ken Miller has been teaching for over 40 years, giving his all and doing his best every day at Marshpoint Elementary. Not only is Miller an exceptional educator, but he also captivates his students as an entertainer. He’s 5 years old and he’s 12 years old. ’ And he continues. And you can have fun. It’s fun to learn. that’s what i’m trying to do. “So how does he make math fun for kids? “I do a lot of hands-on things with art and bring his skills to life,” he says. Mr Miller said. He then applies those life skills to mathematics, giving it a unique twist and having fun. We wear hats and aprons and bring all the cooking utensils. They explain their recipe and how they made it using their measurement skills,” said Miller. -introduce or retrain those children with skills that make them understand the concept,” says Miller. “I live my art and embrace life skills,” says Miller.
He is so much more. He then applies those life skills to mathematics, giving it a unique twist and having fun.
“Junior Chef’s Day is really big in the spring. I’ll explain,” said Miller.
And even when the children aren’t around, he thinks of ways to help them.
“I’m going to come back tomorrow and reintroduce or re-educate the skills that make kids understand that concept,” Miller said.
Meteorologist Melissa Hall asked, “What drives you to do that?”
“But when you wake up, you know you have days to work hard and you know that every day counts no matter what you do. If you don’t get it done that day, you build it every day,” Miller says. .
