UT is recognized for excellence in business, engineering, and nursing programs

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville ranks highly in business, engineering and nursing in an annual survey released today, and its value and top-rated academic programs are again recognized by US News and World Report. It is

The Supply Chain Management program at UT’s Haslam College of Business continues to rank among the top three supply chain programs in the nation. It holds the top ranking among universities in the Southeastern Conference.

Overall, UT ranked 53rd among the nation’s best public universities. The university moved up 10 places in the highest value category, outperforming eight other his-her SEC agencies.

UT ranked high among public institutions in the following categories:

• Haslam College of Business ranked 26th, up four spots from last year. In addition to the top three supply chain rankings, the university has moved him up to 20th in marketing and 26th in accounting.
• College of Nursing moved up five spots to 37th.
• Tickle College of Engineering ranked 38th overall and 41st in computer science.
